SnapTwin’s AI-driven algorithm automatically segments and interprets your point cloud data, translating it into IFC Spaces adhering to OpenBIM standards. As our solution is in an Alpha development stage, outputs are continuously refined.

Scope of Service:

This conversion service exclusively focuses on the generation of IFC Spaces. It does not include yet the automatic generation of detailed architectural elements (e.g. walls, doors, windows, columns, furniture). Generation of such detailed elements will be available at a later stage in higher-tier services.

Accuracy and Verification:

The accuracy of the generated IFC Spaces is directly dependent on the quality and density of the input .e57 point cloud data. Our automated process includes internal validation for geometric integrity and IFC schema compliance.

Purpose and Further Use:

These IFC Spaces are intended for informational and preliminary planning purposes only (e.g. space planning, conceptual design, basic analysis). They are not validated or certified for direct use in construction, fabrication or detailed engineering beyond spatial context. The model may require human review, adjustment and further detailing for specific project requirements.
